Tools and Dies
Talos Steel has equipment and the skills in its workforce, to provide tool and die machine shop services.
The types of products include shear dies, punching dies, and various custom built machines and tools which
still require services and parts. Our staff is familiar with working with the various tool steels and has
had exposure to heat treating these tools and dies. Currently on file, are the drawings and details for making
these tools and dies.

Building Capacity
The production area at Talos Steel is 10,000 square feet and is a custom prefabricated Robertson Steel Building,
Measuring 65 feet by 155 feet long. The ceiling height is approximately 30 feet high, which allows us to accommodate
parts of all sizes to be machined or repaired. There are also two, one-ton Budget jib cranes to complement our 10
ton overhead crane.
